Send the requirement. Get a considered reply.
Enquiries are answered against what you describe. The more the message says about the vehicle and the component, the more useful the first response will be — including a clear statement of anything that still needs confirming.

After you press send
No automated sequence, no drip campaign. Your message is read and answered against what it actually says.
It is read in full
Against the vehicle and application you describe, not skimmed for a product name.
Gaps are identified
Anything missing is listed in the reply rather than filled in by assumption.
Options are set out
With the reasoning attached — what is confirmed, what is assumed, what is still open.
Commercials follow
Quantity, timing and terms are discussed once the component question is settled.
No office address or map is published on this website. Enquiries are handled by phone and email at the details above.
Not sure how to describe it? Send it anyway.
A vague enquiry answered with good questions is more productive than a precise-sounding one built on a guess.
If you do not know the part name, describe what it does and where it sits. If you do not know the variant, say so. If the arrangement has been modified, mention it — that single detail changes more than almost anything else you could send.
Photographs are the shortcut. A picture of the existing arrangement in place answers questions about orientation, mounting and clearance that would take several messages to establish in words.
